Pengu ("we", "us") builds white-labeled, AI-powered project management platforms. This policy explains what information we collect through pengu.cc, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us — your name, email address, company and anything you share when you message us through live chat, book a demo call, or subscribe to updates.
Information collected automatically — standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city-level, derived from IP), device and browser type, and how you found us. Our server also keeps short-lived technical logs.

How we use it

To respond to your messages and schedule demo calls you request.
To send you product updates you've subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to people who need it to respond to you.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA, and visitors from the EEA/UK may exercise GDPR rights — including objection and portability — by contacting us. We don't discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and aren't directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect children's data.
